I am a roll-up-your-sleeves and all-hands-in Creative Director who believes not just in directing but in doing. Whether leading a multi-prong campaign, designing a package, or brainstorming the next big idea, I find joy in problem solving and bringing great work to life. I build structure and processes that help my team succeed while also seizing opportunities to jump into Adobe files or get behind the camera. I believe strong leadership is about showing up, not just setting direction. Mentoring creatives is one of my favorite parts of the job, and I focus on providing the space and clarity they need to do their best thinking and making.
Outside of work, I am usually somewhere new (and occasionally lost), collecting ideas from unexpected places. Travel keeps my perspective fresh and my creative instincts sharp.
Important Abby Lore: I will fight to the death over the oxford comma—he is not dead, provides important clarity, and is beautiful. I am basically a plant (if grumpy, add either sunshine or water). I am recently happily married, though not looking forward to the personal rebrand of a new name. My mantra is: most problems can be solved with coffee, my labradoodle Monty, or “Add to Cart.”
Together, let’s build brands that inspire and stories that captivate!
Always by my side is Monty, my trained therapy dog who has quickly adopted the team as his work pack. He’s a strong critic of any design that doesn’t include yellow or blue (the only colors he can see), and he finds it very rude if you don’t say good morning when you arrive. He frequently falls asleep in meetings, firmly believes in coffee breaks, and doesn’t mind the occasional early start.
Monty accepts bonuses in the form of a pup cup (or two), and his affection can absolutely be bought. Though his resume includes many certifications, his most impressive skill is letting you know it’s lunchtime, without fail, at noon on the dot.
